IEEE 信息科学与技术国际学术会议(The International Conference on Information Science and Engineering,ICISE2009)将于2009年12月26日~28日在中国南京召开。紧邻长江的南京是中国最美丽的城市之一，也是中国多个朝代的首都所在地，具有丰富的历史文化底蕴。
ICISE 2009将为信息科学和技术领域的国内外专家提供交流的平台。大会接收的所有论文将由IEEE计算机协会出版，并被IEEE xplore和EI核心数据库收录。部分优秀论文（扩展后）将选送到SCI杂志发表。
